Messages you may receive include but are not limited to:

Message frequency varies based on your interactions with our medical practice partners. You may receive multiple messages per appointment cycle (confirmation, reminders, follow-up). Typically, you can expect 2–10 messages per appointment interaction.
4. Opt-Out Instructions
To stop receiving SMS messages at any time, reply STOP to any message you receive from us. You will receive a one-time confirmation message confirming your unsubscription. After opting out, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you wish to re-subscribe, you may opt in again through our website or by contacting us.

6. Message and Data Rates

9. Consent Collection Methods
We collect SMS consent through the following methods:
- Web form opt-in: When you submit a contact form, booking form, or intake form on our website or our medical practice partners’ websites with the SMS consent checkbox selected.
- Verbal opt-in: When you provide verbal consent during a phone call with our AI front desk or human staff.
- Text-initiated: When you initiate a text conversation with one of our practice phone numbers.

Aiging US LLC provides AI-powered front desk services for medical practices. Our platform uses artificial intelligence to handle patient communications including appointment scheduling, reminders, intake processing, and follow-up care coordination. When you interact with one of our partner medical practices, you may receive automated text messages as part of the patient communication workflow.
11. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these SMS Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our SMS services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
